Since the debut of the first indigenously produced Metal Arc Disintegrators in 1968, Sparkonix India Pvt Ltd has been a pioneer in the Spark erosion or EDM technology in India. Our EDMs are known for their outstanding dynamic performance and are used in hundreds of applications in various industries. Sparkonix was also the first Indian Company to produce CNC EDM Drill, enabling the technology to be accessible to thousands of mould makers at a low cost. We introduced Twin Head EDMs, developed and constructed on our low-cost and proven EDM machine tool platform. In addition to this, our Twin head EDMs have the unique feature of programming machining of separate heads, resulting in a productivity increase of over 50 per cent at a proportional cost. We have been setting new norms for EDMs in India and other important regions by investing continuously in R&D for Electric Discharge Machine, EDM Drill Machine, Pulse Generator, Metal ARC Disintegrator, etc.
